Hello. Post-bike accident dr. appointment went well yesterday except for mini-breakdown i suffered in the parking lot. I was trying to get out of the car (as opposed to actually getting out of the car) which is kind of tricky when the left leg is in a cast and the right leg cant take much weight.Because of the injuries that result from being struck head-on by an over-sized jacked-up-vehicle, my movements r slow and it takes me awhile to get from one position to another. So i'm struggling to get out and this dumb-ass blonde girl holding a big water bottle walks over, looks down at me and in the most condescending tone of voice says, "Well bless your heart." Jesus! I wanted to punch her in the stomach. I wanted to grab that full water bottle and smack her in the face with it. I wanted to strangle her with her long blonde curly hair. No offer of assistance or anything, she had walked over only to make that remark. R said something to her that if she had had even half of a brain, she would have sensed that he was insulting her, but no. She just ever-so cluelessly and cheerfully walked away in the California sunshine.

Hi everybody. Sorry 2 report that your pal ACC is the subject of this article. It happened yesterday. I was doing ok this morning until i started to read the article and i admit i got a little queasy and so held off reading it for a little while.
Not to worry tho because all things considered, yesterday was probably the luckiest day of my life. (Well, that and the day i met author R Stim.)
Dear readers, how i wanted to get up off the pavement and kick the driver's ass. As the Streets would say I had "all the anger pent up inside me." In my mind i saw myself knocking him down.
He kept blubbering "I'm sorry i'm so sorry." I yelled at him to shut the fuck up and dial 911.
So, in bed with injured leg elevated, waiting for tomorrow's ortho appt.
And dont anybody ever call me elderly again. Ever.

Hi. Wore my new adidas to a houseboat-fire safety demo to learn how to operate the pumps kept in the new disasster preparedness trailer. What i learned is...i need new hands. I could barely budge some of the knobs and levers and handles and i was certain that the handle for the fire hose on our dock was rusted stuck until this really cute guy reached over and turned it on effortlessly.

In Bloomington there was a thrift shop called the Opportunity Shop. We called it "the Opp Shop".
And speaking of things Bloomington, Bruce Anderson will be onboard today to work on new MX project. Of course ACC will be performing her usual band duties. Hey! I'm on the list!
